delivery
Estimated shipping date after ordering
We usually ship products only on our business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
In addition, same-day shipping is only possible if the order and payment are completed by noon, and if the order is received after that time, the item will be shipped the next day. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Time from shipping to delivery
Once the product is shipped, it will be delivered domestically, so we believe it will be delivered within 2-3 days.

Shipping source
All of our deliveries are made from within Japan.
Shipping and customs duties
Regarding shipping charges for packages, if you purchase over 1,000 yen, all shipping charges within Japan are free.
However, if the purchase amount is less than 1,000 yen, please note that a flat shipping fee of 500 yen will be charged.
Also, since we only ship and deliver within Japan, we do not charge any customs duties.
Redelivery
Please note that if the delivery is not completed properly due to customer carelessness (long-term absence, incorrect address, etc.) and the product is returned after the storage period at the destination, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs. Thank you for your understanding.
In addition, we cannot normally issue refunds after shipping, so please check your address carefully.

You can only cancel your order before we confirm your order.
We appreciate your understanding as we cannot accept cancellations after mid-morning on regular business days.
Change order details
Normally, we do not accept exchanges for products that have been ordered (such as changing the color of cushion foundation).
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you wish to change the details of your order, please cancel the order.
Exchange/return after shipping
If there is a problem with the item you received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for products that have already been used by the customer or are returned without prior notification, so please be sure to contact us in advance.
In addition, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience or change of mind.
(The color of the cushion foundation didn't match, I got the wrong product, etc.)
